For informed decision-making on how to best respond to the COVID-19 outbreak, governments and health actors around the world need access to reliable and timely mobility data.

Mobile phone data has a crucial role to play in supporting this response. To enable scaling of the production of mobility insights from mobile phone data, we seek to enable Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and other stakeholders to produce and access relevant data and analyses.
